How to Track Your Fitness Progress

Tracking your fitness progress is so important — not only just to keep you motivated, but to keep you on track and celebrate those fun milestones! There are a variety of ways you can track your fitness progress, but here are 3 ways that I swear by!

Track Your Weight with the FitTrack Dara Smart Scale

There are so many factors that go into reaching your fitness goals, not just your weight! The FitTrack Dara Smart Scale allows you to track it ALL accurately.  You want to be able to track more than just your weight — for example, the Dara Smart Scale measures 17 different vital body health metrics (like protein rate, hydration, muscle mass, BMI, and more!).  You can understand these different body metrics and see how they can be improved on.  Progress is more than just ‘weight’ being lost, which is why I love this scale so much!

Take Progress Photos

Progress photos are crucial in seeing how far you’ve come! It’s easy to get unmotivated and feel like you aren’t progressing, but when you look back on your photos, it might tell a different story.  It’s nice to have a different visual cue for your progress.  I always recommend to FITwithASD members to take their progress pictures in bright lighting, against a blank wall, in minimal clothing.

Monitor How You Feel

Are you feeling more energetic? Do you feel more confident in your everyday life and in styling your outfits? Try basing your progress off of how you feel, since that is such an important part!
